Add Printer How to Add Network Printers You must be connected to our company network. Specifically GLOVIS_CC_USER network. Sign in with your username which will be the first half of your email address (not including @glovisea.com) and the password will be what you use to log into your computer. Click on the Windows Start button, then go to Settings In Settings, on the Left pane, go to Bluetooth and devices > Printers and Scanners Click on Add Device Wait a few seconds, then click on Add Manually once the option appears. Click on Add a printer using an IP address or hostname. Select TCP/IP Device for Device type. Make sure it is not IPP Device! Scroll down to “Toshiba.” You should see something to the effect of “TOSHIBA Universal Printer 2.” NOTE: If you do not see this, that means you don’t have the drivers installed. The drivers are available for you to download in Teams located at GEA General > IT > Files > .Drivers > Printer Drivers > download the TOSHIBA driver folder. Use currently installed driver. Give it a name so you can easily identify it when printing. Important! Select "Do not share this printer". You will see a success message. Click Finish. After that, go back to your Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & Scanners. Locate the printer you just added and click on it. It should open a page similar to the image below.
