"Your file could not be printed..."
If the user sees this error message when attempting to print out a file...
Solution:
1. Close all the MS Office files (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
2. Restart the computer
3. Contact IT for support if the issue persists
How to prevent this in advance:
Make a habit of turning off the computer regularly!
This issue happens when you leave the MS Office files on for a long time!
Your computer needs rest as well!
